At Frith RM we pride ourselves on our high quality work. We follow strict quality procedures, as set out in our Quality and Environmental Management System, to deliver our projects, and are highly regarded for our project management expertise in addition to our technical delivery as a consequence.
FRM has extensive experience with quality control and peer review for technical models for central government and private sector organisations. FRM use client feedback as part of our QEMS to improve Frith RM practice. Our average overall client feedback for 2014 was 91.43%!
Frith RM are proud to be certified to ISO 9001: 2008 standards by Interface NRM Ltd. This certification recognises the procedures FRM have in place to ensure quality measures are met and provide maximum benefit to our organisation and clients.
