|MRF business case|
Coventry City Council is in the process of developing a MRF with 7 sub-regional local authority partners to process dry mixed recyclate from kerbside and commercial sources. FRM has been involved in the project from the start, we undertook the initial feasibility study directly for Coventry City Council, then worked with Wardell Armstrong to develop the detailed business case. Our work included detailed waste flow modelling, cost modelling and a review of the site specific requirements for planning / permitting. We also undertook work to make sure the project is robust to future developments in national waste policy and composition. The project has gained the support of all partner councils and is currently in the procurement stages for civils, process equipment and operation.

FRM have been an excellent, reliable and skilled addition to our project team. We have all been under number of other pressures, and struggled with tight deadlines, but FRM went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to deliver a high quality report / business case to the Council which has received some extremely positive feedback
Paul did the job well from beginning to end. The project had a challenging timeframe, which he met. Paul was a pleasure to work with. His work is of a high standard and he was flexible and responsive to our needs
